MEET THE AUTHORS

Morena Miotta

She graduated in Hospitality at Senac at Águas de São Pedro-SP in 1998. She has worked in Hospitality as a Chef in Italy, Germany, Austria, Brazil and England where she still resides today.

Morena grew up in her parents' macrobiotic restaurant and as she grew up she traveled through all the available cuisines, delving into vegetarian / vegan cuisine. Morena makes a culinary gastronomic fusion and produces exotic Vegan and Pescatarian sushi at Sushi d’Amor.
