About this course

5 Elements Moving practice is a form of dynamic meditation, ecstatic dance, conscious movement and embodiment practice.

5 Elements Moving Practice Course is designed for all women who would like to connect to their bodies through movement, breath and dance; who would like to learn about Elements and their qualities; who would like to find new ways of expression, release and self exploration.

We will be exploring each Element: Ether, Air, Earth, Fire and Water in a specific sequence to evoke the sense of a journey. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and have some space to move around. This is a free movement and women with all levels of abilities are welcome.

MEET THE AUTHORS

Karolina Ploch

She was born in Poland and spent her first 24 years of life in her homeland. She studied Culture and Society Animation and shortly after her Master Degree she moved to UK. She has worked in education sector with Autistic children for some time, then decided to become a clothing designer and work from home once she had her own child.

Since she can remember she has been interested in alternative ways of looking at wellness and holistic approach to our life, as well as finding an answer to the philosophical question about the meaning of Life. She has been exploring the whole range of therapeutic approaches, spiritual practices, body work techniques to find her own sense of wholeness.

In 2017 she has trained to become 5 Elements Dance Activation Facilitator and she has been sharing this practice since then. It has evolved into her own approach which she calls 5 Elements Moving Practice and she incorporates elements of wisdom she has been lucky to receive from many teachers on her path. She is currently studying Gestalt approach to therapy and planning to become a psychotherapist within the next few years.
