Amy Halnan

Amy is a Nutritional Therapist and wellbeing coach based in Dorset.

Amy offers Nutritional Therapy and Australian Bush Flower Essence consultations online, creating personal treatment plans and flower essence blends to help with emotional support and wellbeing.

While working in an independent health food shop, Amy began to develop her interest in health, especially emotional wellbeing, which inspired her to train as an Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner. This journey helped Amy to make some lifestyle changes after having some health issues, including low energy, headaches and chronic pain. Amy was inspired to take her training further and completed an Emotional Freedom Practitioner course while also qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist.

Amy finds working with health and wellbeing very fulfilling, especially supporting clients with their health. This can include making positive changes which can improve energy levels, support weight management, and help to find a better work/life balance.

Nutritional Therapy or Naturopathy, which means Nature Cure, looks at the whole picture to create a sense of empowerment and encourages taking responsibility for your health by teaching self-care. The body has an amazing capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions. During a consultation, Amy will look at a client's health history including any symptoms, so that she can create a personal treatment plan. Amy helps clients to create health goals considering food and lifestyle choices, hydration, and exercise. Through this journey, it is possible to make positive lifestyle changes to enhance your sense of self-worth and wellbeing.
